About the owner

Experience

Nancy has over 20 years experience in the real estate field wearing the hats of investor, owner, property manager and real estate agent. Learning the financial advantages of renting out properties from her mother, she bought her first property shortly after high school and continued to acquire more properties over the subsequent years. As her portfolio grew, she realized the need for investor minded property managers. Nancy owns and manages several properties in the North Fort Worth area.

Affiliations

Nancy is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has served as a board member for the Fort Worth chapter, contributing her leadership and industry expertise. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and holds the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing education and professionalism in real estate and property management.
