Nancy brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in real estate—as an investor, property owner, manager, and licensed Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) broker. Inspired by her mother’s investment success, she purchased her first property shortly after high school and steadily expanded her portfolio across North Fort Worth. Recognizing the need for investor-minded property managers, Nancy built a service model rooted in financial insight and operational excellence.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)—equipping her with the strategic and global perspective needed to guide property owners toward long-term success.

Real Estate Expertise Backed by Trusted Affiliations

Nancy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) broker, proudly serving Southlake and surrounding areas. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), MetroTex Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Her leadership includes serving as a board member for NARPM’s Fort Worth chapter, where she contributes her deep industry expertise.

Nancy recently earned the distinguished Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation from NARPM, a testament to her proven experience and high standards in property management.
